We will gladly refund the
cost of
merchandise (excluding shipping/handling charges) if you are not satisfied
with the merchandise provided, the merchandise is resalable, and it is returned to us within 10
days of receipt of shipment in original condition. A 20% restocking fee will
be applicable on returns.
Above does not apply to any custom made items such as hoods, custom gowns,
specialty regalia, diplomas or covers which are non-returnable.
A Return Authorization must be obtained before returning any merchandise.
No refunds, exchange or credit 30 days after shipping date.
Absolutely No returns on any individual cap and gown package orders.
